FounderWell is a meticulously crafted solution born out of our two-decade journey as founders, mentors, advisors, coaches, and seasoned mental health professionals. Our mission is to bridge gaps, provide resources, and cultivate an ecosystem tailored for high-growth entrepreneurship.

As ardent Systems Thinkers, we redefine 'well-being' to encompass the 'whole thing.' FounderWell seamlessly integrates therapeutic, strategic, and systemic support, amplifying the capacity, capability, and community founders require to navigate the intense pressures of high-growth entrepreneurship.

While initially designed for Founders, our unique approach involves engaging executive assistants as primary ambassadors of well-being in the entrepreneurial landscape. By empowering executive assistants to advocate for our platform, we establish a direct and impactful channel to the founders they support, recognizing them as linchpins in establishing a resilient support network.

FounderWell isn't merely a platform; it's a thriving community tailored for those in the world of high-growth startups – Founders, their teams, and families. We know from studies that (1) Founders struggle to openly communicate their challenges, trying to maintain a facade of success despite the high levels of stress and anxiety and (2) Being a Founder is often a lonely and isolating experience.
